A stone and stucco Hill Country winery estate with a terracotta roof and ivy, the kind of property reserved whole for a company

    The Buyout

Closed to the public. Open to your company.

The tasting room, the lawn, the event space and the staff, with no other guests. We know which Hill Country estates hold a hundred people without it showing, and match the property to your headcount and your hotel.

    How the Day Unfolds

An afternoon we built for a company of one hundred

A real itinerary from a real event, with the client's name taken off. Yours is shaped around your group.

A company group at one long table under a willow tree, raising glasses of red wine at an outdoor winery dinner
    1. Depart the hotel

Two private motorcoaches. A guide tells the story of Texas wine on the twenty-minute drive.

    2. Sparkling welcome

A glass of sparkling wine for every guest as they step off the coach.

    3. Estate history and vineyard walk

The winery's own team walks the property and tells how the place came to be.

    4. Learn to taste

The group splits into smaller tables, each with a guide. Two wines, color and aroma and palate, charcuterie on every table.

    5. The Blind Tasting Challenge

Teams put the tasting lesson to work: three wines poured blind, name the aromas and the grapes. It gets loud.

    6. Winners crowned, bar opens

Every member of the winning team takes home a bottle. Group photo on the lawn while the light is good.

    7. Wine, remarks, and the grounds

Open bar, time to wander, and a microphone for anyone who has something to say.

    8. Home, or stay for dinner

Coaches back to the hotel, or stay on as the evening continues with a private dinner on the estate and the bar still open.

    The Production

The whole nine yards, under one invoice

Anything the day needs, arranged by us and named plainly in the proposal.

    • Full winery and estate buyouts

The whole property, closed to the public, for the afternoon or the day.

    • Private transportation at any scale

A Sprinter for a leadership team, a fleet for a department, motorcoaches for everyone.

    • Guided tastings in small groups

Led by the winery's own team, so people actually learn something.

    • The Blind Tasting Challenge

Teams, three mystery wines, a scoreboard, bottles for the winners.

    • Sparkling welcome and open bar

A glass in hand off the coach, and a bar that stays open as long as the evening does.

    • Private dinner on the estate

Catered buffet in the event space, a choice of menus, no second transfer.

    • Sound, screen and AV

A microphone for the remarks, a screen for the slides, a technician for both.

    • Photographers

Full coverage and an edited gallery in two days.

    • Branded welcome signage

Your logo at the gate, on the tables, wherever it should be.

    • Hotel and multi-day coordination

Pickup from your conference hotel, a working morning, the estate in the afternoon.

    • An event lead on site

One person from us, there from the first coach to the last pour.

    • All taxes and gratuities in one number

One proposal, one invoice, nothing to reconcile afterward.

Colleagues raising glasses of rosé and white wine in a toast at a long table under string lights, vineyard behind them

    Make It a Retreat

The afternoon that makes the rest of the retreat worth it

Strategy in the morning, the estate in the afternoon. We coordinate with wherever the group is staying.

    • A working morning at your hotel, the estate in the afternoon, dinner on the property
    • Pickup from downtown Austin, Horseshoe Bay, Fredericksburg or a Dripping Springs ranch venue
    • Two or three days, a different side of the Hill Country each afternoon

Smaller team, lighter day? That is a team outing.

    Group Size

    No minimum.No maximum.

A board of eight at one long table or an all-hands of five hundred on the lawn. The estate changes, the coaches multiply, the standard holds.
