Not for an event. A team crawl takes up to 25, because that is what a tasting room can seat together. Past that we reserve a whole estate, and there is no ceiling: several hundred guests travel by motorcoach to a property with the room for them. Tell us the headcount and we will build the day around it.

Across the Texas Hill Country, mostly within forty-five to ninety minutes of Austin: Dripping Springs and Driftwood, Spicewood, Johnson City, Stonewall and Fredericksburg. We match the property to your group size and the feel you want, and we have worked with these wineries long enough to know which ones can host a hundred people without it showing.

Yes. Most larger events start at the group's hotel, whether that is downtown Austin, Horseshoe Bay, or a resort in the Hill Country. Smaller outings usually leave from the office.

They have a good afternoon too. The vineyard walk, the tasting challenge and dinner work without a glass in hand, there is always a non-alcoholic option poured, and the winery team is used to it.

Full-estate events, four to eight weeks out, so the winery can hold the date and the caterer can plan. A team outing for a dozen people can often come together within a week or two. Spring and fall weekends go first; December fills early with holiday parties.

By proposal. You tell us the date, the headcount and the shape of the day, and we send back a venue, an itinerary and one all-in number with taxes and gratuities in it. Dietary needs, add-ons and timing are all worked out before anything is signed.
